Is registration required?
DAY ONE | Master Classes and Workshops.
Yes, registration is required. REGISTER HERE.

DAY TWO |Corporate Prayer Gathering
Registration is not required but is encouraged for planning purposes.

Can I switch between classes on Day One?
No, the track you register for is the track you must stick with for the entire day. Class/track hopping will not be allowed.

Will the Master Classes or Workshops sessions be streamed?
No, the Master Classes and Workshop sessions are in-person only and will not be streamed.

Does registration for the corporate prayer gathering guarantee seating?
No, registration does not guarantee seating. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will the corporate prayer gathering be streamed?
Yes, on YouTube: www.youtube.com/pastorhannah

Can I stay for more than one (1) hour?
Yes. You can choose your hour(s) or stay the entire day.

Will I have to leave and come back in for the next hour?
No.

What airport is nearby?
In Chicago, we have two airports that are utilized by locals. Chicago Midway serves as our Southwest hub and is the closest to the facility. However, O'Hare is our primary international airport.

Are there any recommended hotels nearby?
Yes, please review our accommodations page for hotel recommendations and discount links.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel(s) to the venue?
No. However, the NLCSE RideShare will be available. Download any rideshare app to schedule your ride. There will be designated areas for drop-off/pick-up.

Is there a rooming list for those who would like a hotel roommate?
No.

Where can I park for the conference?
Parking is available in one of the 9 NLCSE Campus Parking Lots. Please refer to the Campus Map to plan your parking and find the most convenient location.

Will there be campus shuttles available for transportation for the Master Classes and Workshops?
Yes, campus shuttles will be available for pick-up and drop-off between the Temple, Tab, and Legacy Center for the Master Classes and Workshops.

Will there be campus shuttles for the Corporate Prayer Gathering?
Yes, campus shuttles will be available starting at 5:00 PM for the Corporate Prayer Gathering. They will transport attendees between the parking lots and the Temple.

Will food be available at the event?
Yes, food trucks will be on-site in the parking lot 5, providing a variety of dining options for attendees to purchase.

How can I become a food vendor?

Is there a fee to become a food truck vendor?
Yes.

Will there be merchandise available for purchase?
Yes, prayer scarves and other merchandise will be available for purchase.

Is there a required attire?
There is no formal attire requirement. However, we encourage all attendees to wear all white, or at the very least, a white top.

If I leave the sanctuary to use the restroom, do I have to get back in line to reenter?
Yes. To ensure fairness and give everyone an equal opportunity to enter the sanctuary, if you leave, you must get back in line to reenter.
